Ross Campbell

Ross Campbell has been involved in real estate appraising and consulting since 2011. His professional experience in real estate appraisal encompasses a broad range of property types including industrial, office, retail, single family, multi-family, residential subdivisions, agricultural, transitional, and various types of land. Ross specializes in right of way appraisal with experience involving both partial and full acquisitions, complex damage/ benefit analysis, crop loss scenarios, transportation, and utility projects.  Over the course of his career, he has worked on several specialty property types/projects of note which encompass cell tower sites, water related use properties (both inland and oceanfront), mitigation work, contamination issues, corridor valuations, title claims, conservation easements, and shelter valuation.

Scott Campbell

Scott Campbell has been involved in commercial real estate consulting and associated fields since 2018. His professional experience includes supporting appraisal efforts, project coordination, reviewing lease/license contracts, etc. He has unique and extensive familiarity with utility and telecommunications companies but has worked with a variety of entities both Public and Private. Scott worked with and continues working with a wide variety of organizations on diverse projects and efforts. He helped establish Corsair Commercial Enterprises to create an environment to support clients and their efforts, while also providing a space for people with similar professional interests to collaborate, learn, and share experiences within the commercial world.

Fred McGrew

Fred McGrew has been involved in real estate appraising since 2016, working closely with Ross Campbell during that span. While Fred specializes in right of way appraisal with experience involving both partial and full acquisitions, complex damage/benefit analysis, crop loss scenarios, transportation, and utility projects, his professional experience in real estate appraisal also incorporates a broad range of property types including industrial, office, retail, single family, multi-family, residential subdivisions, agricultural, and transitional valuations. Over the course of his career, Fred has worked on various types of specialty property types/projects of note which include small- and large-scale irrigation canals, irrigation retention ponds, telecommunication/cell tower sites, water related use properties (both inland and oceanfront), mitigation work, contamination issues, corridor valuations, title claims, conservation easements, and date of death valuations.

Justice has been involved in real estate appraising and consulting since 2018. Her experience in real estate appraisal encompasses a broad range of property types and focuses primarily on site inspection and supervision.  Over the course of her career, she has attended all preliminary appraisal classes and continues to persue a professional license and designation.  With her impeccable pedigree and attention to important details Justice serves as an invaluable member of the team.
